Our non-smoking, bed and breakfast guest house is conveniently located a 5 minute drive from the Eurotunnel/Channel Tunnel, in the centre of the resort town of Folkestone.

Offering a variety of en suite rooms with comfortable beds at reasonable rates, our renovated Victorian town house is within easy walking distance of Folkestone town centre. There are a variety of shops, restaurants and pubs in the area and the harbour, seafront and East Cliff are nearby. The port of Dover is 15 minutes away, as are the cross channel ferry and Sea Cat terminals to Calais, Boulogne and Dunkerque; it is ideal for a stopover en route to Disneyland Paris.

Popular with visitors from all over the world, our guest house is the perfect base from which to explore Folkestone and the southeast of Kent, as well as providing easy access to the continent.

• You may check in from 11:00 hours until 22:00 hours.
• You must check out by 11:00 hours.

Cancellations

If cancelled up to 3 days before date of arrival, 20 percent of all nights will be charged. If cancelled later or in case of no-show, the first night will be charged.

Wired internet is available in the business centre and is free of charge.

Deposit

20 percent of the total amount will be charged on the day of booking and is non-refundable.

Children and extra beds

All children are welcome. All children under 1 year stay free of charge when using existing bedding. All children under 2 years stay free of charge for cots. All children under 6 years are charged GBP 5.00 per night and person when using existing bedding. Extra beds are not available. Maximum capacity of babycots in a room is 1.

The earliest check in is at 15:00 and the latest check in is at 22:30. The latest check out time is 10:00. Please inform the hotel of your arrival time, or call on the day so we can be available for check in.
