About the hotel

Located just outside the centre of Stockport, this family-run hotel offers comfortable surroundings, a friendly atmosphere and first-class service, all just 15 minutes' drive from Manchester Airport.

Located 10 miles (16 km) from Manchester city centre, Acton Court Hotel has a superb patio area, lawn garden, and parking for over 120 cars.

The hotel’s Courts Restaurant serves English and continental food that is popular with locals and guests alike. Portions are of a generous size and vegetarians are also catered for. It is open every Sunday with a traditional silver service lunch from 12:00 until 18:30.

Business Facilities:
We have 2 Conference rooms available. The Queensberry Suite will hold up to 250 guests and the Lonsdale Suite will hold a maximum of 90 guests. Buisness services/facilities need to be pre-booked excluding fax and photocopying services.

Outdoor Activities:
We have a beautiful garden in the Hotel grounds. Nearby there is a large park (Lyme Park) with a pond and ducks to feed, its also perfect for those who like to go walking or jogging.

Spa Activities:
Onsite we have a Friendly Restaurant and Residents Bar and being situated so close to the busy town centre everything else you could require is very easy to get to.

The Acton Court Hotel is situated on the main A6 Buxton Road, aproximately 1 mile outside the centre of Stockport. The major motorway links M62, M56 & M60. Leave the M60 (SOUTH) at Junction 1 follow signs for Stockport Centre, when through the Centre follow signs for A6 Buxton Road for aproximately 1 mile. We are on the left hand side opposite Stockport Grammar School.
