About the hotel

In a quiet tree-lined avenue on Bournemouth's exclusive East Cliff, the hotel is just a short stroll away from the golden sandy beaches and the cosmopolitan town centre.

The Quality Hotel has a great location, within easy reach of all that the lively seaside town of Bournemouth has to offer. All of the shops, bars and restaurants are within easy walking distance, as is the Pavilion Theatre and the BIC (Bournemouth International Centre).

The hotel is well connected by public transport and is a 15-minute walk from Bournemouth Travel Interchange - the town’s train, bus and coach station. Bournemouth Airport is only a 20-minute drive away. A shuttle leaves from the end of the road once an hour and takes only 20 minutes to reach the airport.

Free parking is available for guests.

The hotel has a choice of 3 restaurants: the Sherbourne Restaurant, the à la carte Blue Moon Restaurant and the famous Hancock’s Bar. The bar is named in honour of the comedian Tony Hancock, who grew up here when the building was still a family residence.

Alternatively, you can dine in the exclusive Blue Moon Restaurant, which offers a more intimate fine-dining experience with an à la carte menu. You can also enjoy a mouth-watering selection of light meals and snacks in the stylish and contemporary Hancock's Bar and Restaurant.

By Car (from the A338):
- Travelling west along the A338 towards Bournemouth:
- Turn left at the St Paul's roundabout (you should be able to see an Asda store on the left-hand side).
- At the next roundabout (Bournemouth station roundabout), proceed straight across, making sure you are in the left-hand lane, marked Ring Road.
- At the next roundabout (St Swithin's), follow the road along. This will bring you into Gervis Road.
- At the next roundabout (Meyrick Road), carry on straight across and the Quality Hotel is the second hotel on the left.
