London House Hotel is one of the most popular budget hotels in central London, with 100 rooms within 5 terraced houses, all just 2-4 minutes from Bayswater/Queensway.

The hotel has been recently refurbished and offers clean, comfortable rooms for budget travellers, the hotel provides an excellent location, just 3 minutes from Bayswater and Queensway Tube stations. Facing the beautiful Kensington Garden Square, the hotel is situated within walking distance of Hyde Park, Kensington Palace, Oxford Street and Marble Arch.

Please note that the hotel is currently undergoing minor refurbishment to some of the common areas and staircases during the day. However, this does not affect any of the guest rooms.

Cancellations

All children are welcome. All children under 2 years stay free of charge when using existing bedding. All children under 2 years stay free of charge for cots. All older children or adults are charged GBP 15.00 per night and person for extra beds. Maximum capacity of extra beds/babycots in a room is 1.

Renovation:
There is current some scaffolding in place at the hotel. Most of this will be removed by the end of November 2008, except from the ground floor and lower-ground floor areas (Feb 2009).
