About the hotel

We are a private, friendly hotel in Pimlico SW1 Central London, near Victoria Station, Buckingham Palace and Westminster.

We are a traditional, British-owned town house hotel in central London with very friendly staff. All our rooms are valeted to a high standard and are pleasantly decorated, in keeping with this elegant Victorian building. Comfortable single, double, twin and family rooms enable us to cater for your needs and facilities, including modern en suite bathrooms and TVs. Blades Hotel is conveniently situated within walking distance of many of London's famous landmarks such as Westminster Abbey, The Tate Gallery, Harrods, the Houses of Parliament and the city's famous theatres and museums.

***Last check-in is at 22:00 unless previously agreed. Guests are given their own keys. Please contact hotel once you have booked (telephone number on confirmation email) to advise them of estimated time of arrival, which must be before 22:00***

The hotel is also convenient for the Gatwick Express and has easy access to the main London airports and Eurostar. Recently awarded a 3 Diamond rating from both the AA and RAC, Blades Hotel shares the same post/zip code (SW1) as Buckingham Palace, Westminster and Downing Street. Lady Diana Spencer taught at the very nearby nursery school. Last check-in is at 22:00 unless previously agreed. Guests are given their own keys.

Cancellations

If cancelled up to 4 days before date of arrival, no fee will be charged. If cancelled later or in case of no-show, the first night will be charged.

Important Information

**Late evening arrivals (after 22:00) are only accepted by direct contact with hotel in order to arrange room key location. Once you have received your booking confirmation by email please ensure that you contact hotel (telephone number provided on email) to advise them of your estimated time of arrival. Please note that check in closes at 10pm every night**

***Guests please be aware that access cannot be gained after 10pm at night unless arranged with the hotel prior to arrival.***

A one night deposit is taken on receipt of reservation, which will be fully refunded subjuct to our cancellation policy. Regretfully, Diners Card is not accepted. Due to fire regulations, we do not allow smoking within the hotel.

Reservations must be cancelled a minimum of 5 clear working days (by noon) prior to the arrival date. Thereafter, clients will be charged the equivalent of 2 nights stay.

For 2 and more room bookings, cancellation policy is 7 clear days, and a one night's deposit will be taken for all the rooms booked.

For bookings of 5 nights or more - late cancellations will incur a 3 night charge
