About the hotel

Set within a pair of large Victorian villas, this family-run guest house is beautifully situated in the heart of Bath, less than a 10-minute walk from all the main attractions.

Brooks Guesthouse offers 21 bedrooms, ranging from family rooms to single rooms. 19 have en suite bathrooms and are uniquely styled with new pocket sprung mattresses, cotton bed linen, fluffy bath sheets, flat screen TVs and DVD players.

Start each morning with a hearty breakfast sourced from the best local suppliers. There is a choice of full English breakfast, vegetarian breakfast, smoked salmon and scrambled eggs, home-made muesli and organic yoghurt and compotes.

For your relaxation, the house provides a guest lounge with an open log fire and a selection newspapers, magazines and games for your use. Drinks can be served in here, on request.
