The Wescoe B&B is situated just off the Promenade and is within easy reach of the South Pier with its adrenalin rides & the Laughing Donkey family bar, the newly refurbished Sandcastle indoor water park with its new Master Blaster ride and the world famous Pleasure Beach funfair. Convenient for all attractions but located in a quiet side-street, shops, social clubs ,international shows, cafes & restaurants are an easy stroll away. Our guests most often comment on the friendly, welcoming atmosphere, cleanliness, comfortable rooms & excellent breakfast which are the trade-marks of our B&B. These were recognised by Blackpool Tourism when we won the finals of the Hotel of the Year in 2003/4 & were 'Highly Commended' in 2004/5. The accommodation is open all year and caters for couples, singles and families. BOOKINGS FROM ALL-MALE OR ALL-FEMALE GROUPS ARE NOT ACCEPTED. Our smoking policy is 'smoking throughout' with the exception of the dining room. Guests have their own keys with access 24 hours a day. Additional facilities include hairdriers in all rooms, most rooms with tv/dvd combi, ironing facilities, licensed bar, discounted tickets for local attractions and limited/restricted parking. As cars need to be parked nose to tail, keys will need to be handed in, to allow everyone access. At busy periods a space may be reserved for your car in the street. Tea and coffee making, soap, towels & shampoo are provided in all rooms and are replenished daily. A 40 DEPOSIT IS REQUIRED TO SECURE BOOKINGS. This is non-refundable in the case of cancellation. Payment of balance is due on arrival & a charge of 2% is levied for payment by credit card (no charge for debit cards, cash or cheque with bank card).
