Trained instructors are available to support and advise on the use of the cardio-vascular equipment, whilst aerobic classes can be booked in advance. In the evening you can relax with a meal in the Riverside Brasserie after a drink in the Terrace Bar. Car parking is charged at a reduced rate for residents at just 5 per car.
