| Wellington Lodge has a convenient location with good access to the region’s major road network and the motorways of the Midlands. The M42, M5 and M40 motorways are all just a few minutes’ drive away and Bromsgrove railway station is only 2 minutes’ walk from the lodge. Trains run regularly between the station and Birmingham, Worcester and beyond. The lodge’s good location makes it an excellent base for visitors to Worcestershire, nearby Birmingham and Warwickshire. There is plenty to see and do in the surrounding region, including attractions such as the NEC (National Exhibition Centre), the NIA (National Indoor Arena) and Cadbury World. West Midland Safari Park, the Avoncroft Museum of Historic Buildings, Worcester Cathedral and the Severn Valley Railway are also all within easy reach. Walkers will enjoy the Malvern Hills and the lodge is only 30 minutes from the edge of the beautiful Cotswolds, including the picturesque towns of Broadway, Stow-on-the-Wold and Moreton-in-Marsh to name but a few. Other local attractions include Warwick, with its impressive castle, the historic town of Stratford-upon-Avon, the Black Country Museum, Worcester Racecourse and many more. |

| By Train: The nearest train station is Bromsgrove, which is just a short walk from Wellington Lodge. Leave the station and, at the mini-island, go straight over into New Road. After approximately 300 metres, take the third left into Marlborough Avenue. Then take the first right into Wellington Road. Wellington Lodge is 200 metres further on, on the right-hand side. |
