| The Twin Oaks’ meeting rooms offer the perfect setting for a meeting or conference, with full facilities for all your needs. Early breakfast meetings and late evening meetings can be arranged. The Acorn and Heritage View Suites are relaxed and comfortable and can accommodate theatre, boardroom and classroom settings. Both rooms can be set to your exact requirements and are ideal for presentations, meetings and training courses. Room hire is charged by the hour and a full range of equipment is available for hire, including: overhead projector; laptop projector; projector screen; flipchart (paper included); TV; and video. The hotel is also licensed for Civil Wedding Ceremonies, Civil Partnerships, Naming Ceremonies and Blessings in the newly decorated Heritage Suite. Ceremonies and blessings can take place any day of the week subject to availability. You are required to liaise with the registrar separately regarding the booking and fees. A range of hot and cold refreshments and food can be provided to suit your individual requirements, whether it be sandwiches, a buffet or a meal in the restaurant. The experienced staff are on hand to offer help and advice prior to and during your event to help make it a success. Twin Oaks has their own professional disco service which they regularly use for parties, functions and weddings, with an excellent selection of music. You can use your own entertainment service if you wish for a small surcharge. |

| The charming bedrooms, which retain much of the character of the old colliery cottages, are both relaxing well equipped to meet your every requirement. Many of the rooms have great views looking over open countryside to Bolsover castle. Alternatively you can upgrade to one of the luxury suites, two of which have spa baths. |
