| The suites are located within easy reach of the station, enabling easy access to both the airport and the NEC. You will also be just a short walk from the main shopping centres as well as the ICC. Other nearby attractions include: Ikon Gallery (650 metres / 0.4 miles) - occupying a fine example of the city's Victorian architecture, the gallery is one of Europe's premier venues for contemporary art, showcasing the work of exciting, innovative and challenging artists. National Sea Life Centre (700 metres / 0.4 miles) - in addition to over 60 displays of freshwater and marine life, the centre also boasts an enormous 1,000,000 litre ocean tank, housing giant green sea turtles, black tip reef sharks and tropical reef fish. Birmingham Botanical Gardens (2.4 km / 1.5 miles) - opened in 1832, the lay-out of this 15 acre site remains largely unchanged. The glasshouses were added during the latter half of the 19th century and replicate a selection of different climates. |

| By Train: From Birmingham New Street (700 metres / 0.4 miles): - If on foot, exit New Street Station from the Victoria Square entrance/exit. - Turn left at exit and walk down Navigation Street, crossing over the pedestrian crossing at the junction with Hill Street. - Continue down Navigation Street and walk under the Suffolk Street Queensway Road bridge. - Turn left onto Royal Mail Street and walk down past the side of The Mailbox onto Severn Street. - This will lead you to Commercial Street, where The Spires are situated. |

| If you are arriving at the weekend, The Spires will pre-authorise your credit card for a large security deposit (fully refundable). If you plan to arrive after 19:00, you will need to contact The Spires by telephone, to arrange check-in. |
