The hotel is located opposite the Island Complex, which offers a swimming pool, cinema, several cafes and a restaurant. The bustling central square of Lytham St Annes is a few minutes away on foot, plus all the attractions of Blackpool are just a few minutes away by car or public transport.

Royal Lytham & St Annes Golf Club (1.1 km / 0.7 miles) is an internationally renowned course, being a rotated host of the Open Championship. It is unique in that it is the only links style course to begin with a par 3 hole.
