Originally built in 1915, Inglewood Manor is a delightful country house with all the warmth and charm of a lavish family home. Grade II listed, the building is rich in historic character and beautiful original features, including elegant oak-panelled rooms, spacious balustraded terraces and acres of manicured lawns. There are 30 comfortable en suite rooms, including a mixture of executive and standard rooms. All rooms have glorious views and are individually decorated, with their own unique charm. The restaurant offers superb English and continental cuisine, created by a team of award-winning chefs. Fishing, walking and tennis are available in the grounds and Inglewood Manor is within easy reach of historic Chester and also offers easy access to Liverpool and Manchester.

Inglewood's reputation for the finest English and continental cuisine, individually prepared by our top chefs, sets the highest standard of both quality and service for all occasions. Our restaurant is open to residents and members of the public. The restaurant may be closed occasionally on Fridays & Saturdays due to weddings. So please ask when placing booking. Please note the hotel is completely non smoking.

Area information

With plenty to see and do, you'll be spoilt for choice when you stay at the Inglewood. Just 10 minutes' drive from the centre of historic Chester, and almost a stone's throw from the Cheshire Oaks Designer Outlet Village; there's no end of culture and retail therapy to be explored. Liverpool and Manchester are also just a short drive away.

Travel information

From m6 take j20 onto m56, then j15 onto m53, signposted Ellesmere Port & Birkenhead. At j5 of m53, take first turning left at roundabout then at second set of traffic lights turn right onto the a550* signposted North Wales & Queensferry. Continue for 1 mile then turn right into Badgers Rake Lane, signposted Burton. Inglewood is situated on the right after a short drive. From Liverpool take the Wallasey tunnel onto M53 exit at J5, take third exit at roundabout follow directions as above. By air: Inglewood is 35 minutes drive from Manchester & Speke (Liverpool) Airports. By rail from Chester or Liverpool, take the train to Hooton Station, Inglewood is 5 minutes by taxi. From Runcorn Station 25 minutes by taxi. Transport from and to airports/stations can be arranged through Inglewood by prior notice. Close to the hotel you will see brown signs saying Inglewood Conference Centre!
