Ingledene House is a small, family-run, 14 bedroom B&B that overlooks Knyveton Gardens Bowling Green and the adjoining tennis courts. Also located opposite the guest house is a cafe and private licensed bar that is open to Ingledene residents.

Situated in prestigious East Cliff, 500 metres from miles of golden sandy beaches and only a short walk to Bournemouth Pier, Ingledene Guest House offers affordable accommodation whether you are here on holiday as a family, or needing somewhere for you and your friends to stay while you enjoy Bournemouth's vibrant night life. Whether you have a ferry connection to France, an early morning flight to catch or are intending to arrive late at night, Ingledene House will endeavour to accommodate your needs.

Unlimited on-street parking is available free of charge all along Derby Road, Spencer road and Frances Road.
Food & beverage
Breakfast:
A Full English breakfast is included in the price for all guests. This includes a range of cereals such as muesli and cornflakes that are portion wrapped. There are also freshly baked rolls, croissants and chocolate croissants. These are complemented by a selection of jam portions including strawberry, raspberry and honey. You can also choose from a selection of German, French, Italian, Dutch, Spanish, English or Polish sliced cheese and ham. Tinned grapefruit, bottled mineral water, orange or apple juice, organic yogurt and a choice of fresh fruit are also available, along with fresh milk, fresh coffee, hot chocolate or tea.

Drinks:
The Ingledene Guest House is licensed to serve alcoholic drinks and beverages to guests from between 12:00 and 23:00. A drinks menu, including price list, is on display at reception.

Evening Meals:
Evening meals are served between 18:00 and 21:00 and must be booked at least 2 hours in advance. A full restaurant menu, including colour pictures, is on display at reception. Guests wishing to see this menu prior to their arrival in electronic form (as a PDF document) should email Ingledene Guest House directly.

Ingledene Guest House is situated 2 minutes from the beach and 2 minutes from Bournemouth Central Railway station. The hotel overlooks a Bowling Green and Tennis Courts.

At check-in, you must have the credit/debit card used to make the booking.

Ingledene does not accept online group bookings of more than 1 room without prior agreement. If you wish to book more than 1 room, you must first contact this website's Customer Care team, who will contact the hotel to gain authorisation. Failure to gain authorisation may result in the booking being cancelled.

You must contact Ingledene Guest House if you wish to arrive outside of the stated check-in period.

Guests are not allowed to bring unregistered guests back to the guest house between the hours of 23:00 and 07:00 (the guest house will add an additional cost if this occurs).

Check-ins after 22:00 need to be agreed with the hotel prior to arrival, subject to an additional charge.

All room keys will require a cash deposit on arrival.

Groups with more than 2 adults in a family room will incur an extra charge.
