The B&B’s friendly host can help guests with local information and knowledge, and guests can enjoy scenic walks or cycling trails through the Stour Valley Walk or North Downs Way. With its own helicopter landing pad, Homelea offers horse stabling and secure bike storage, and there is free on-site parking. Traditional full English breakfasts are served daily in the bright and airy dining room at Homelea B&B. Light continental options are also available. There is also a local pub within walking distance that serves food.

Guests are kindly requested to inform Homelea in advance of their estimated time of arrival so that they can be met and admitted to the property. This can be noted in the Comments Box during booking or by contacting the hotel/property using the contact details found on the booking confirmation.

When paying with credit card a surcharge will be incurred. If the property is able to re-let a room from a cancelled booking, there will be a GBP 10 charge, and the remainder of the booking will be refunded.

Homelea reserves the right to charge for damages caused by guests.

Any smoking on premises will result in a charge for deep cleaning.
