This "Plantation-style" house was built over a century ago on part of the Cary Estate in the leafy Warberries, a quiet conservation area off the Babbacombe Road. Cary Court is a few minutes' walk from the harbour, theatre and shopping areas. A wide choice of pubs, clubs, restaurants and bars are close by .There is a heated outdoor swimming pool (seasonal) surrounded by south-facing sub-tropical gardens and sun decks. In the lounge, there are large ceiling fans to cool you in summer and cosy log fires to warm you in winter. A full English breakfast is served in elegant surroundings with views over the garden. Special diets can be catered for by prior arrangement. Tastefully decorated and comfortably furnished bedrooms feature a mixture of antique and period pieces, some with king-size beds, some with four-poster beds, all en suite. Minimum bookings for weekends are 2 nights, and 3 nights on public holidays.

Travel information
By road: Leave the M5 Motorway Junction 31 at Exeter and follow the A380 to Torquay about twenty miles. Arriving in Torquay, follow signs to the sea front and harbour. At the Clock Tower roundabout, turn left onto the Babbercombe Road. Pass the Museum on the left. Turn left into Braddon Hill Road East. Go up the hill for about three hundred yards. Turn right into Hunsdon Road. The Cary Court Hotel is the second drive on the left about two hundred yards. By Rail or Bus: Torquay is on Devon's South Coast in Torbay. The town is served by National Express Coaches and a Mainline Railway Line. By Air: There are airports at Plymouth and Exeter, or you could arrive by sea!
