| The guest house is just off Leith Walk, Edinburgh’s main thoroughfare connecting Princes Street and the historic port of Leith. The hotel has good transport links, with buses running to all parts of the city and beyond on a regular basis. Edinburgh Waverley railway station and St. Andrews bus station are within walking distance. To the north, you will discover Leith, the location of the Royal Yacht Britannia. To the south is Princes Street with its shops, gardens and spectacular views of Edinburgh Castle. Adjacent to Princes Street, the Royal Mile runs between the castle and the Queen’s Scottish residence, Holyrood Palace. |

| By Air The hotel is approximately 12 km (7.5 miles) from Edinburgh Airport. Taxis are readily available from just outside the airport. Alternatively, you can take the number 100 shuttle bus. This takes approximately 20 minutes and departs every 10 minutes. The shuttle bus will bring you directly into Edinburgh city centre. The guest house is a 5-minute taxi ride or a 10-minute walk from the very heart of the city. By Bus The guest house is on the main bus route, taking you to all of the city’s major attractions. Staff can provide bus timetables on request. |
