| All of the rooms are situated on the first floor, with lift access. There are single, twin/double rooms and family rooms, which can accommodate up to 2 adults and 2 children. Two of the rooms are suitable for disabled guests, wheelchair users and those with reduced mobility. These rooms have been specially adapted for wheelchair access and offer special disabled facilities. |

| The Orry Bar looks out over a local park and a historic plot of land called the Orry. The public bar is finished in dark oak wood with 8 discreetly positioned LCD and plasma flat-screen TVs for live sporting events. There is also a separate games room with 2 pool tables, a dart board, a quiz machine and an LCD flat-screen TV. The Bar & Grill retains the buildings historic character and offers good quality, freshly prepared food, made using good, local produce. Seasonal specialities, fresh seafood dishes and excellent traditional Scottish beef dishes are available. |

| The hotel is situated in the heart of Eaglesham, Scotland's first conservation village. Eaglesham was planned and built mainly in 1769, by Alexander Montgomerie, the 10th Earl of Eglinton. The village was planned in the shape of the letter "A", which happened to be the initial of his first name. |
