| Please note that parties are not permitted in the apartment. Bookings from stag/hen parties will not be accepted. Noise complaints will incurr additional charges. Check-in times are between 14.00 and 17.00 at the hotel's office. Alternative arrangement can be made at an extra charge. Any guests who wish to check in after 17.00 will be subject to a late check in fee. The hotel office is situated in Hudson Gardens, and all keys must be collected from here, and returned here upon checking out. The office address is: 2 Hudson Gardens, Cornwallis Street, off 136 Duke Street , Liverpool, L1 5BB Please contact the property at least 48 hours in advance, to arrange pick-up of the keys. The hotel reserves the right to request an ID and preauthorise £250 on a debit or credit card on arrival for security reasons. Secure underground parking can be provided at an additional cost of £15 per night. Check in after 5 pm is a subject to a late check in fee. For security, you will need either a valid bank card or photo ID. |
